Previously, as General Manager and VP of Sales at CalAmp Corporation, he led the product realization business unit from quarterly losses to consistently profitable operation.

Dan has had a long career in the legal, executive and financial fields worldwide. Since 1975 he has been admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. He earned a CPA certificate in Pennsylvania in 1978 and a Master of Laws (in Taxation) from New York University Graduate School of Law in 1981. He formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of ARCO Chemical Asia Pacific, Tokyo, Japan, Directeur General of Specchem S.A., Paris, France, and Chief Financial Officer of Parkway Corporation, Philadelphia, PA.
