In a prior venture, he was co-inventor and obtained several patents for a successful technology product carried in stores nationwide. Mathu has experience in raising capital and growing technology businesses, assembling engineering teams around the world, and developing strategic relationships with customers across the consumer electronics and other industries.

With over 20 years in leadership positions mainly in start-up companies, she has a unique portfolio of experience to assist in various aspects of business development. Having dealt with vendors, investors, employees, and other department heads, Nicole has had years of success wearing different hats and transitioning to various roles.

Mark has more than 35 years of experience in product development, design, and manufacturing across consumer, industrial, and defense sectors. He has over 30 years of experience in ASIC and FPGA development and design for various products including Visual Camera, Infra-red Camera, Graphics Cards, MPEG Cards, and Processors. Mark has successfully delivered numerous products from concept to production. He has years of experience in product manufacturing and testing, along with leadership experience in product design for manufacturability and testability. He is an established architect of product ecosystem.

Matt JJ has developed valuable relationships with technology customers throughout Asia and has a unique understanding of the global consumer electronics market. With 25+ years of high-tech component experience spread over Purchasing, Importing, Distributing and Manufacturing, Matt JJ has overseen transactions worth more than $50M with brands like Toshiba, NEC, Mitsubishi, and Hitachi. As a wholesaler for Fry’s, Costco, and Best Buy, he also spearheaded deals for electronics equipment totaling $30M annually.

Bud has more than 30 years’ operational and development experience in the technology and entertainment industries. Most recently, he served as CEO of a glasses-free 3D engineering firm in the Netherlands while simultaneously serving as Executive Vice President at the U.S. parent company. He worked closely with the global sales, business development and product teams and was instrumental in expanding operations in Germany and China. Additional experience includes 20 years in the Film & TV industry as a producer, coordinator and assistant director.

Professional computer engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the computer and electronics industries. He has been engaged in related technical work, as well as project management, administrative management and other work. During the work he has developed good relationships with major TV manufacturers and parts suppliers in China.

He is a CFO and consultant to the executive and board in startups and SMEs in the clean tech, data intelligence, sustainability and finntech industries among others. Suby has also founded a Specialty Partners Group practicing across 30 countries and a data intelligence firm.
Suby specializes is in Strategic Planning, P&L Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Startups, Valuation & Fundraising, Financial Planning & Analysis and Global Partner Relationships.

Sara brings to VSI a wide range of design skills and experience in creating glasses-free 3D content and materials for corporate marketing, trade shows, and in-house presentations. With a degree in graphic design, she has created key art, logos, title treatments, product packaging and marketing materials for the motion picture and video game industries and done retouching and layout design for monthly publications in the print and multimedia industries.
